I had the privilege to work at M+P for 5 years. From the day I started, I was trusted and empowered to do my job without micro-management or quotas. I was entrusted with the agency's largest client and was able to grow the account and support team as needed, to ensure continued success. Through that growth, I was able to hire direct reports and gain valuable experience being a manager of individuals and a team. And the philosophy of the company is what naturally helped that growth and attracted talent to want to join the company and be a part of something special. M+P really does put candidates first. Without candidates, it's impossible to fill job orders. So, it's all about earning the trust and respect of the candidates that the recruiters meet and interact with. The goal is to make both the client and candidate happy and find the best fit for both. I never imagined a job or career in staffing and recruiting, but am forever thankful for the opportunity that Steve and Jackie gave me and for seeing something in me that I didn't see myself. They are the two best mentors I've had in my career and helped this guy who was aimlessly moving from job to job, find something I truly believed in and put me on a track to success.
