Pros
I have been with Matic for over 1 1/2 years now and it has been one of the best decisions I could have made in my professional career. Within any fast growing company there is always great opportunity for upward mobility. But what is unique about Matic here is the management. The leaders really push their employees to take on extra responsibility to grow within the organization. Having managers that have "been there before" helps foster a really great relationship between everyone. Culture is fantastic; you can be your true self. Expectations are clear, and you are appreciated for the work you put in! They celebrate the small victories and everyone is working toward the same common goal.
Cons
This isn't necessarily a Con depending on how your perceive it but the constant change can be stressful at times. It is a start up, and one that is exploding in size. With that, comes a lot of change which can catch people off guard. However I think this helps people grow since you are forced to adapt and there is no way you can be a part of any successful fast growing company without being able to adapt to change.
