Pros

Unlimited paid time off, employer contributed HSA, Fully paid health, dental and vision, remote work available, helpful managers, the staff is primarily in the early 20’s and 30’s, no drama, lots of transparency, you get a couple thousand shares in the company when you start

Cons

I worked as an insurance advisor prior to being an LSA, we went through 3 different commission plans, lots of turnover, but there are so many positions you can find the one that fits you, the pay is above average but still people get fired or leave due to numbers not being able to be hit
