Pros
Great management, they keep things transparent and are very honest and good with communication. People are awesome here. Unlimited PTO and decent pay for entry level position. If you are looking to get into sales this is a great job and provides you great practice cold calling. The bonus structure allows you to control your income.
Cons
Hours can be tough, would be nice to have earlier time slots and maybe options to put in overtime earlier in the week to get off earlier Friday. Pay could be better, would be nice if it was based on a daily bonus instead of monthly.
