Not too many, really. I wish the hours could be more flexible/have hybrid options. But the environment in the office is awesome and has been a good experience being in office. My manager has been the best manager I've ever had (15 years in workforce) and because of that he was given a lot of responsibility and stretched thin so we saw less of him. I would say that was the biggest con, but they've already restructured and promoted him and brought in other managers to make sure we have more face time. The open office structure can at times be a little over stimulating, but you get used to it pretty quick and have plenty of opportunities to step away.
