      Knowledgeable CEO. When good feedback was provided (which didn't happen very often), it was constructive and inspiring.

      Cons

      Extremely hostile environment. Public humiliation, unrealistic deadlines, misogynistic behavior, and cult-like culture. Cheap salary and unhealthy work-life balance.

      Pros

      -principal is dedicated to employee development -opportunities to try out different roles in the firm and project process -pretty good balance with hours and support, I did not work crazy hours

      Cons

      -principal will definitely negotiate salary aggressively. Stand your ground and ask for what you deserve. -PTO not as encouraged as it should be

      Pros

      Great mentorship, enthusiastic CEO, learned a lot, lots of face time with clients and on-site experience. Really good experience for a young architect.

      Cons

      Really tight on salary, definitely some late nights, but honestly much better than comparable firms.
