Pros

There are not any pros from my side to give this company

Cons

This company uses unfair bond practices and misleading commitments. Before joining, they force candidates to sign a 1.5-year bond and collect a ₹50,000 cheque. The bond clearly says employees cannot leave for 1.5 years, and if they break it, the cheque will not be returned. However, there is no written guarantee that the company will provide stable employment for 1.5 years. Everything is one-sided. There is a 6-month internship period with a very low stipend. In the contract, it is written that from the 7th month, salary will start based on performance reviews. But the review process is completely unprofessional and manipulated. At first, they give a review after one month. Then suddenly, after 6 months, they start giving reviews every 7 days, only to later say, “Your performance is not improving.” After this, they ask candidates not to come anymore. They do return the ₹50,000 cheque, but this happens exactly when it is time to move from stipend to salary. This feels like a deliberate strategy to avoid paying employee salaries. When candidates are about to become full employees, the company’s behavior completely changes. Management starts misbehaving, disrespecting, and mentally pressuring candidates. The company claims that “family should not interfere between company and candidate,” but when things go wrong, candidates are forced to involve parents. Even then, management insults both the candidate and their parents, saying things like “We are not school teachers.” This is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. They also mention a 2-month probation period to evaluate skills, but during this time: No proper reviews are given No performance issues are raised Candidates are assigned real client projects After 3–4 months of real project work, when the time comes to start salary, they suddenly give negative reviews and stop the employment. Overall, this company: Uses bond and cheque pressure Gives false hopes of salary Exploits interns for real work Shows toxic and insulting behavior Avoids paying employees by manipulating reviews I strongly do NOT recommend this company to freshers or interns. Please think carefully before joining and do not fall into bond and cheque traps.
