      Easy to get where you want to go - this is the most supportive environment I have ever worked in.

      Cons

      Not much to say as a con - overall has been a very positive experience and I would recommend working here to any friend.

      Pay, benefits, leave, equipment provided, if you're on the fence take the job and make your own conclusions

      Cons

      That "we're a family" nonsense. Micromanagers, incompetence in leadership, metrics too big, lots of people let go, they only promote the closest people to them.
