There was an initial for new hires, but not enough when management expects more from us.
Cons
Instead of planning a training program for employees to continuously learn and improve, management decides to let go of most people hence the terrible turnover rate! Not only that, some employees also decide to leave due to managers who have an awful attitude and treats people condescendingly.
