There are no yearly reviews, very disorganized, and yearly bonuses are a myth, so don’t let that fool you. Also they tend to promise the world in the offer letter and then the rates of commission are slashed and you end up actually making so much less. I have seen at least 4 people leave because they were promised something they were not close to delivering on at all.
