Everyone was kind and willing to help. Little to no stress from timelines.
Cons
I was promised an organized culture where the work that needs done is known. I was laid off from an unorganized group where work was what you wanted to do. I was promised that despite a big change, all employees would have at least 2 months of guaranteed employment. Several of us were laid off 2 weeks later.
