Terrible company to work for - Travel Coordinator Matrix (Canada) Employee Review

This company spends most of their resources hiring and firing people. The HR department acts as operations management and recruitment. The COO can't be bothered to even check in on staff and is very unapproachable. They hired me based on a 40 hour work week and told me on call duties would be shared by other staff members. Not true. I was on call 24/7 and worked from home every weekend and late night hours due to cancelled flights and wayward employees. There was no time off in lieu of overtime nor any monetary compensation.
