A small company, however, the principals are always available to help support the staff.

Pay is okay considering management is incompetent

Lack of knowledgeable management on larger scale projects. These guys are third rate bush league with no certs. Zero quality control certs with personnel, no knowledgeable management in real situations, just academics with no real world experience filled with hubris. Lack of knowledge on management results in no accountability, blaming others for their lack of competency.
