Complete exploitation of employees. They promise salary revision every 6 months, in my few years experience, there were NONE. Underpaying their employees in general.
Unstable. You could be working today and your project is closing down tomorrow, so you're left without a job.
Team buildings rarely happen and on many occasions it is only handpicked people.
The offices are small, very often running out of snacks and coffee and the air conditioning is average. Office equipment is cheap and outdated. The desk and the chair are extremely uncomfortable and the laptops are older, most likely already used.
