      Pros

      Work culture is good, for freshers and juniors learning opportunity is there , senior are there to help anytime

      Cons

      New joinees should be trained well, apart from that the projects and the technologies used are repeated so person who wants to work in diverse fields will have to learn by himself or herself, else other things are good

      Gives you great perspective on where not to work in the future.

      Cons

      Prepare to have to memorize a script for any interaction you’ll have with someone outside of Matrix. Damages customers perceptions of ‘Outdoor Advertising’ through less than honest business practices.
