Matrix offers me a flexible schedule, which works well with my family's needs. The benefits are unbelievably awesome, and work great for my specific goals.
Cons
We have a brand new building, and that has come with some of the ordinary headaches of a new place. It is an awesome facility, it'll be nice when everything is finally in working order.
