Great experience on how not to run a company.

Management does a horrible job of managing their budget and bite more than they can chew. They promise their "client" many things they can't fulfill. middle management suffer from management promises but have been blacklisted by most of their vendors, can't provide equipment on time, leaving their field personnel in a tight spot with the client waiting for their project to progress with no positive results. Projects get delayed until the last minute where they force their field guys to work up to 20 hours in a row in order to complete the project with borrowed material from other sites.
