      Pros

      Competitive pay, nice having a set Monday thru Friday, work with mostly nice people, easy parking, nice amount of time off.

      Cons

      Boss has family and friends working directly under her making the environment very frustrating, will give family and friends days off that aren't in calendar, very unprofessional boss all around.

      Great benefits if that's all you care about.

      Cons

      Bullying is brushed off as personality differences. Favoritism and butt kissing is the only way to survive or get ahead. They offer lots of leave and cover medical leave 100% of pay so people abuse the time off policies. Leadership will spend up to 50% of their day whispering in dark corners with their favorite employees. Management ignores all the toxicity. No wonder good people leave and they are left with the people who only care about the benefits and how much they can abuse them.
