      Pay is ok and always ot.

      Vice President quit, and in within the last year I worked there 10 people hired and than quit, some after a day, a week, or less than 6 months-no kidding. It is stressful and management does very little to support or back you up with the huge workload given-mainly because they can’t get anyone to stay onboard.

      Great benefits if that's all you care about.

      Cons

      Bullying is brushed off as personality differences. Favoritism and butt kissing is the only way to survive or get ahead. They offer lots of leave and cover medical leave 100% of pay so people abuse the time off policies. Leadership will spend up to 50% of their day whispering in dark corners with their favorite employees. Management ignores all the toxicity. No wonder good people leave and they are left with the people who only care about the benefits and how much they can abuse them.
