      Pros

      Average benefits and PTO, management at my particular office is very supportive and friendly.

      Cons

      •Low pay •Backwards thinking when it comes to working from home. We are only allowed one WFH day per week. This is a silly policy considering that we have all proven to accomplish the same amount of work if not more while at home. •"Culture" is full of office gossip and smoke breaks

      Great benefits if that's all you care about.

      Cons

      Bullying is brushed off as personality differences. Favoritism and butt kissing is the only way to survive or get ahead. They offer lots of leave and cover medical leave 100% of pay so people abuse the time off policies. Leadership will spend up to 50% of their day whispering in dark corners with their favorite employees. Management ignores all the toxicity. No wonder good people leave and they are left with the people who only care about the benefits and how much they can abuse them.
