Company is pre-product market fit which is not for everyone.

The team has tripled in size within a few months, which means a lot of new process is still getting newly established. We are at this transition phase between a tiny, unstructured team to a small, somewhat structured organization. Things will keep changing, and you might need to keep having to adapt to these changes.
