      Very reasonable as far as time off needs. Management is top notch Coworkers are kind and helpful

      Pay plan could be slightly better. Still can make good money there but can be improved

      Family oriented, great people, amazing management

      Cons

      Primarily work is in-person, so if you're looking for remote work you won't find that option here. But I prefer in person work.

      Pros

      Great place to work with a fun work atmosphere. They care about each employee and they like to hire within the company for higher positions so career advancement is very possible.

      Cons

      Hours can be a little rough for some but it's not out of the norm for auto sales
