Pros
It really seems as if it's a clear case of you get what you give. The biggest focus is customer service and there are plenty of incentives provided to do your best.
Cons
Unless you want a life-long career with Maurices, there isn't much opportunity for management positions. And along the dedicated customer service line, in my experience I felt like we were encouraged to dance the line between helpful and pesky. Obviously, with some customers they felt that some of the associates had a hard time finding the happy medium and it drove them from the various stores.
