Cons
SO much selling pressure!!! The pressure to sell items and cards is ridiculous. Your hours will depend on your sales and comparison to how you did on the floor. Working in a college town, the young, college girls were often "victimized" for the credit cards due to their vulnerability. I felt terribly guilty setting them up for possible financial irresponsibility. If you are not selling at 'standard,' your performance review will be brutal. You basically have to be one of 'those' retailers that is the customers new shadow.
