Pros
Fun music, nice product, corporate gives you incentives to get customers to sign up for the store credit card unlike at other jobs that threaten to write you up. Often times they give employees a special discount to use to purchase merchandise with.
Cons
Has the cons of other retail jobs - numerous ways to fold product that's always changing, a sometimes confusing store map that needs adjustments when placing product (that might have only been my store though), and having to keep up with constant store updates through an ipad that takes time away from working with customers. Information that you otherwise wouldn't know about like special sales if you didn't have time to look at the ipad and read through every morning.
