Pros
Great people to work with (non management). Pretty easy job to learn. Ideal job to have if your a student, since the job isn't too challenging. Just know you WILL need to find something else with better pay within a year or so....
Cons
No room for growth. Old school mind set. The one and only database which is used for ALL departments is terrible, and there are contant issues with it. Need to get with the times!
