Company hierarchy is flat. There's little or no office politics. Senior management is pretty reachable as a result. Good exposure and growth doing challenging R&D, MNC projects. This opportunity requires first demonstrating that you're able to handle project even under extreme conditions. The MNC clients' expectations can be extremely high and demanding, and given the global nature requires sometimes to work across timezones to ensure the project progresses. HQ provides strong support from senior staff. A lot of autonomy given after proving oneself. Availability of support projects for phases in life needing more work-life balance. Good team bonding and company organizes regular events.
