Worst Company Culture - HR/Payroll Administrator Maverick Gaming Employee Review

Maverick Gaming doesn't care a bit about their employees. There is no support, growth opportunities, appreciation or even simple living wage increases. They keep burring their admin in work well outside their wheelhouse without any training or resources and just expect us to get it done for the same title and pay we received upon hire, while quite literally tripling our workload. You get shamed for taking sick days and are expected to work on vacation, and if you speak up, they threaten your job. Now they're laying off half their workforce with the bare minimum of severance while the owner figures out how to keep padding his pockets. Don't ever work here!
