Good mix of client work. I felt valued and that my work was meaningful. Learned a lot from my supervisor - good mentor/coach.
Cons
The position was part time. If it had been full time I could've stayed with the company longer.

Pros
The location is convenient, the house is quite nice and the benefits are decent.
Cons
Management is very focused on hierchy and micromanagement of its employees. There is no opportunities for advancement so there is high turnover. Maverick has a no work from home policy, thus work life balance is not a priority. Unless you bring your own laptop, be prepared to get comfortable with an out of date PC desktop. Innovation is no where to be found at Maverick as they are quite fearful of digital (due to lack of in house subject matter experts) and they are very adamant on keeping the traditional PR dream alive. Clients were jumping ship on a monthly basis which created a very tense and at times toxic environment.
