Pros
Fair and clear policies . People are friendly and fleet managers are attentive. Overall environment is good. Their education is very good as far as getting the CDL and preparing you for the first load. Just be prepared it is rigorous and fast paced.
Cons
Not the best pay due to low miles, which is not necessarily fleet manager’s fault. The two week requirement is tricky in a sense that you do have to be out two full weeks and on your third week you get two full days off. That is not explained clearly during orientation.
