Pros
Fun place, nice bosses depending on the store, decent hours and pay. Nice co-workers (depending on store)
Cons
Overly picky about nearly everything, can't have free coffee and fountain refills or even have them at a discounted rate for being an employee. Short breaks make it hard to consume lunch. (think 10 minutes per hour). Lazy staff can make your shift harder when they don't do their assigned duties and they have often gone unpunished.
