      Alot of good hours, good way to gain experience for customer service

      Cons

      Alot of gossiping between employees and management, and employees who been there the longest think they don't have to do equal share of work

      Pros

      Community and pay and knowing everyone and the feeling of being there for the community.

      Cons

      Constant changing of things that weren't broke, no backup by uppers, the stress of never having the hours needed to run the store so you have to work 16 hour days and get paid for a 40 hour work week and the insubordination
