      Pros

      Good management with an understanding of customers. They get that, at a gas station, many customers suck; and they won't push the "customer is always right" when the customer is a crazy drunk screaming at the cheetos.

      Cons

      Not much flexibility in schedule, or time off.

      Pros

      Community and pay and knowing everyone and the feeling of being there for the community.

      Cons

      Constant changing of things that weren't broke, no backup by uppers, the stress of never having the hours needed to run the store so you have to work 16 hour days and get paid for a 40 hour work week and the insubordination
