      Pros

      Good food, delicious and I’ll give them that.

      Cons

      Poor management and definitely favoritism. Unfortunately at my store one employee was allowed to stash food. She is a lead there and the current manager is okay with this. Call offs are often and go unchecked.

      Pros

      Community and pay and knowing everyone and the feeling of being there for the community.

      Cons

      Constant changing of things that weren't broke, no backup by uppers, the stress of never having the hours needed to run the store so you have to work 16 hour days and get paid for a 40 hour work week and the insubordination
