      Decent full time benifits package and 401k investment.

      Cons

      When Maverik took over they started cutting are hours down and people where repositioned at different stores only to habe the hours restored and new employee's filled into their previous positions.

      Community and pay and knowing everyone and the feeling of being there for the community.

      Cons

      Constant changing of things that weren't broke, no backup by uppers, the stress of never having the hours needed to run the store so you have to work 16 hour days and get paid for a 40 hour work week and the insubordination
