      Plenty of hours. Friendly coworkers. Make commission on work you do.

      Cons

      Not very organized. Management doesn't seem to communicate with each other, one person telling you one thing then another telling you something else. Pay is a little low. Have to provide your own tools.

      Close to 50 hrs a week/ consistent schedule/ good pay/ bonuses

      Cons

      I don’t really have any issues, I like my job, my teammates, and my boss. Also the RTM . Everyone cool . I’m glad that I can make a career out of this job and support my family

      Being able to help ppl in need

      Cons

      Very low pay for the salary They keep adding more and more thing on us as managers. makes us work more hrs for the same pay. Can barly afford to live off of you have a family Can have 2 days off in a row make it so you have no work life balance
