      Pros

      Not a bad place to work and if your looking for advancements through a company they have the opportunities

      Cons

      They don’t value their employees well being. For example they have us working in a shop with no heat or hot water and it’s been like that all winter long and their refusing to fix it but it’s the employees that make the company money and you have to threaten to quit before u get a raise

      Close to 50 hrs a week/ consistent schedule/ good pay/ bonuses

      Cons

      I don’t really have any issues, I like my job, my teammates, and my boss. Also the RTM . Everyone cool . I’m glad that I can make a career out of this job and support my family

      Being able to help ppl in need

      Cons

      Very low pay for the salary They keep adding more and more thing on us as managers. makes us work more hrs for the same pay. Can barly afford to live off of you have a family Can have 2 days off in a row make it so you have no work life balance
