      Poor work conditions - Assistant Manager Mavis Tire Employee Review

      Pros

      Straight forward work, good training, and friendly co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrible working conditions. Employees are not allowed to rest feet during long periods of standing on concrete. No cushion mat to stand on. My legs and feet hurt so bad I could not focus on the customers or my training. I have a heart condition and was not able to continue working.

      Close to 50 hrs a week/ consistent schedule/ good pay/ bonuses

      Cons

      I don’t really have any issues, I like my job, my teammates, and my boss. Also the RTM . Everyone cool . I’m glad that I can make a career out of this job and support my family

      Being able to help ppl in need

      Very low pay for the salary They keep adding more and more thing on us as managers. makes us work more hrs for the same pay. Can barly afford to live off of you have a family Can have 2 days off in a row make it so you have no work life balance
