Horrible hourly and commission across the board, awful management, can’t keep any employees, poor standards, sub par equipment, stores constantly closing

Close to 50 hrs a week/ consistent schedule/ good pay/ bonuses

I don’t really have any issues, I like my job, my teammates, and my boss. Also the RTM . Everyone cool . I’m glad that I can make a career out of this job and support my family

Very low pay for the salary
They keep adding more and more thing on us as managers. makes us work more hrs for the same pay. Can barly afford to live off of you have a family
Can have 2 days off in a row make it so you have no work life balance
