Pros

Pay was decent. Got to work with a talented group of individuals. Had a great customer base to deal with.

Cons

MICRO MANAGED. Actually we changed to nano managed. Process for everything, employees are very unhappy. You have to sell the Goodyear credit card one brake flush, one power steering flush two batteries and a minimum of two shocks and struts a day. They treat employees like dog poop. My advice is look for a career not a job. Oh yeah camera's and microphones everywhere recording everything. No signs posted for the customers warning them about it. Pretty sure that's illegal!! They cut the pay and hours of the tech's they make an average of 200-500 less a week.

Close to 50 hrs a week/ consistent schedule/ good pay/ bonuses

Cons

I don’t really have any issues, I like my job, my teammates, and my boss. Also the RTM . Everyone cool . I’m glad that I can make a career out of this job and support my family

Being able to help ppl in need

Cons

Very low pay for the salary They keep adding more and more thing on us as managers. makes us work more hrs for the same pay. Can barly afford to live off of you have a family Can have 2 days off in a row make it so you have no work life balance
