Pros

They give you over time as assistant managers. There are not a lot of pros to this company. This is the worst place I have ever worked at.

Cons

They micro manage with cameras and microphones they are on your case weekly if not daily for not selling enough even if you are successfully beat your daily goals they want certain items sold shocks strut flushes. They do not provide you with the equipment needed to get the work done. They are late on payments to your suppliers so shops won't deal with you or only want cash. Bottom line they do not take care of their employees or stand behind their employees when they need help. Horrible upper management I do not suggest you taking this job. I ignored the bad reviews on this website and took the job still don't make the same mistake as me.

Pros

Close to 50 hrs a week/ consistent schedule/ good pay/ bonuses

Cons

I don’t really have any issues, I like my job, my teammates, and my boss. Also the RTM . Everyone cool . I’m glad that I can make a career out of this job and support my family

Being able to help ppl in need

Cons

Very low pay for the salary They keep adding more and more thing on us as managers. makes us work more hrs for the same pay. Can barly afford to live off of you have a family Can have 2 days off in a row make it so you have no work life balance
