there is nothing good that comes from working for these people.

very aggressive selling tactics, store managers lie to customers to get a sell and make there numbers look good. i witnessed a store manager spray pb-blaster on a strut and later bring the customer out and tell her that she needed struts because they appear to be leaking. the regional manager is a complete jerk and is always looking at the cameras and calls to tell you to sell struts on a car just because it has over 50k miles without even taken a look at the struts. major work that needs to be done to the car is not important, whats important to them is brake fluid and power steering fluid because it makes the stores numbers look good. i pray to god that my relatives never take there vehicles to this company for service because they will get lied to.

Close to 50 hrs a week/ consistent schedule/ good pay/ bonuses

Cons

I don’t really have any issues, I like my job, my teammates, and my boss. Also the RTM . Everyone cool . I’m glad that I can make a career out of this job and support my family

Being able to help ppl in need

Cons

Very low pay for the salary They keep adding more and more thing on us as managers. makes us work more hrs for the same pay. Can barly afford to live off of you have a family Can have 2 days off in a row make it so you have no work life balance
