1. +50years old employees sitting in company from last 10-20 years 2. Every HOD runs a small company within company 3. No regards for young talented youth 4. Red tapeisum 5. Every small damn change needs to be approved by literally every HOD who requires spoon feeding. 6. Very different to communicate across teams 7. After sending email, you have to call and tell "mail kiya hai dekh lena" 8. No appreciation, no social activities, no bonus, no RnR, 9. Very poor growth potentials 10. CEO did not have a single interaction with employees in last 2 years. Never sent any communication to employee. 11. You get to know any update about the company from your own friends sitting outside company. 12. Insecurity among senior management Last but not the least, a very boring, slow moving, lala type, poor paymaster and unfriendly org. Not for talented young bright people who love speed, agility and innovation.
