Pros

-some of the most dedicated and hardworking people you’ll ever meet as coworkers -managers are generally helpful in personal growth and financial readiness counseling -quick promotions based on performance

Cons

-work-life balance is minimal, working 6 days a week 11-12 hours a day -tons of pressure to stay in the role, be okay with lower pay/long hours for years -if you want to talk to/get advice from higher management you have to “earn it”

Pros

If you’re friends with the boys I guess you may get higher up the pyramid.

Cons

You pay for your leads. The leads then get funnelled up the line to the closers. You get the scraps. Please do not waste your money starting at this place. If a job makes you drop money it’s not a job. They’ll tell you it’s an investment. Your money is better spent elsewhere I promise you. As far as what you are selling is bottom barrel health insurance plans to people in the worst situations so if you can handle 400 calls a day trying to squeeze nickels from peoole who only have Pennies this job may be for you.
