      Cutting edge technology, big mixed signal SoC, professional teams around the world

      Cons

      One man decides everything and whenever it fails he blames the engineering departments. Very not stable and 3-4 times a year there are layoffs. Projects are canceled or delayed. Company tries to save pennies
