it's a small company so you end up having a larger role than in bigger companies. this means you'll have a lot to do (although i did like the learning opportunity)

Joining a tech company is a dream. The company is structured and valued like other tech companies. It is an eye opener to see how employees interact, how products develop, how fundings are invested and how the company becomes more valuable over time. The company is also pretty transparent on a lot of the things that happens around if you know how to navigate the system. Only thing being a secret are discussions about future direction, which are controlled by the few.

The sales department does not reward its employee based on performance. Yet, the culture of stealing credit exists. There is also a constant fear on the sales team that they might lose jobs as there are constantly so much openings to replace them. This resulted in a culture of stealing jobs and gate-keeping to keep colleagues from being too successful.
