Pros
Maxco is innovative, uncompromising on price and provides high quality and original products. With numerous employees who are dedicated and hard working, they have the ability to repair issues and problem solve within the company giving them greater flexibility and a strong focus on customer service.
Cons
Maxco is a male dominated work place with favoritism placed by the Owner onto the (at the time) all-male Sales Team. The Sales Team has been known to shift responsibility to others and not always pull all their own work weight. Occasionally they would not conduct business with all the facts nor a full understanding of all the aspects of package making and design and instead blaze ahead due to "customer need." Senior Management often made many snap decisions based on pressure from Owners and/or Sales Team as well as a lack of knowledge and these actions usually came at the expense of the Production Workers. Some Senior Management made no actions and provided very little and inconsistent communication.
