      Pros

      I have been with Maxim for over 4 years and I feel like I am part of a family. Everyone is friendly and easy to work with. We get together for company barbecues, have foosball tournaments, and just generally enjoy each other's company. Also, I feel appreciated in this company. Workiversaries are acknowledged, good work is acknowledged and rewarded.

      Pros

      great communication with colleagues and management, people are so friendly, $500 for education every year, staff lunches, break room with games, couches and a treadmill and the most important part they dont micromanage you or tell you what to do all the time The change in leadership in the last few years has been incredible

      crazy amounts of work and you have to figure out what you need to do on your own
