*Get experience and get out! *Easily get hired

Cons

*Must do a lot of kissing up to get promotions *Does not care about employees *Terrible health insurance offered by employer *Unprofessional *Reminds you of high school (DRAMA) *A bunch of supervisors that are always high *Good, smart, hard workers get zero recognition *Can't use the bathroom without team leads using their walkie-talkies as if they are cops or something

Remote, adequate training and guidance and usually everything /software works - minus regular hiccups.

Not too many - a few misunderstanding s about training classes and roles but overall, not bad.
