Ability to grow within company, but only to a point. Will learn a lot in the short time you will be there.
Cons
Pay is less than the average by FAR, very political climate, "playing favorites" happens more often than not, Growth in the beginning is good but halts over time, as if you have hit a ceiling. Cheap company.
